Does Aparthotel ZATOR offer luggage storage? Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Answer: Unfortunately, no.

Aparthotel ZATOR does not offer luggage storage facilities. We also do not have a reception desk or any other place where luggage could be safely stored before check-in or after check-out.

Luggage may only be kept in the Apartment during the hotel stay, i.e. from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. For security reasons and due to the operational organization of the property, it is not possible to leave luggage in the Apartment before check-in or after check-out.

Between reservations, our Service Team needs sufficient time to thoroughly inspect the Apartments before the arrival of the next Guests, clean them carefully, replenish supplies, repair any faults or damage, carry out a quality check, and complete other tasks related to preparing the Apartment and welcoming the next Guests.

We understand that having the option to store luggage is an important matter for our Guests, which is why we would like to offer an alternative solution.

Alternatively, Guests can use the paid luggage lockers available at Energylandia. This is an option for Guests who need to leave their luggage before check-in or after check-out.
