Apartments are intended for a maximum of 2 adults.
Each apartment features one double bed with a sleeping area of 160 × 200 cm.
Apartments are not suitable for families with children.
Breakfast is not available.
Gatherings, parties, hen and stag parties are not permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

TV & Streaming
Each Apartment features a Smart TV with Internet access, a wide selection of TV channels in various languages, as well as popular streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and YouTube. Paid streaming services can be accessed by logging into your own account with an active subscription.
Luggage
Aparthotel ZATOR does not provide luggage storage facilities. Luggage may be kept in the Apartment only during the booked stay – from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. It is not possible to leave luggage in the Apartment before check-in or after check-out.

Caring for the Environment 🌿
As part of our commitment to the environment and in accordance with eco-friendly principles, we do not provide single-use toiletries in plastic miniatures. Instead, our Apartments are equipped with luxurious, beautifully scented 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo, as well as soap, available in elegant, easily accessible dispensers.
We care about our Guests’ comfort while also reducing unnecessary waste.
Important Information Regarding the Jacuzzi
When using the water and air jets, the pump is activated, which naturally produces a characteristic audible sound. This is a normal feature of this type of equipment, resulting from its construction and operating principles.
Please take this into consideration when making your reservation. The sounds produced during the operation of the jacuzzi are a natural part of using this type of equipment and should not be considered a disadvantage or inconvenience of our property.
Location of the Apartments
The Apartments at Aparthotel ZATOR are located in a modern residential building (apartment building) situated within a developed urban area. The building also contains other residential units.
The property is conveniently located close to Energylandia, as well as numerous shops, cafés and restaurants. Due to the urban surroundings, the view from the Apartment or balcony may include a neighboring residential building, a quiet street or a city view. The view may vary depending on the location of the selected Apartment.
Reporting Issues and Inconveniences During Your Stay
Any breakdowns, defects or inconveniences should be reported during your stay and as soon as they occur.

In the event of any breakdown, defect or inconvenience, particularly during nighttime hours, please contact us by phone. SMS messages, emails or messages sent through other communication channels may not be read or responded to immediately.
Prompt reporting allows us to properly assess the situation, take appropriate action without delay and, whenever possible, resolve the issue quickly to ensure your comfortable stay.
Important Information Regarding the Offer, Equipment and Apartment Presentation
Please note that food products, champagne, seasonal decorations and decorative elements such as balloons, illuminated signs, fresh flowers, chocolates, etc. shown in the photographs are not included in the standard offer. These are additional services available at an extra charge and arranged in advance with the Aparthotel ZATOR Guest Services Team.
