FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Where can I make a reservation?Answer: Reservations can be made through our website, Booking.com, Airbnb.pl, and OLX. Additionally, you can book via email or phone.
  2. How much does a stay cost?Answer: The cost of a stay may vary depending on the apartment, date, and booking platform.
  3. How many people can the apartments accommodate?Answer: Each of our apartments is designed for a maximum of 2 adults.
  4. Are breakfasts or other meals served?Answer: We do not serve breakfasts. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. There is an option for a Romantic Sushi Dinner with a pre-purchased Special Occasion Package.
  5. What are the check-in hours? How long is the hotel day?Answer: The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  6. Is parking available?Answer: Each of our apartments has a dedicated parking space. The parking is unsecured.
  7. Is it possible to extend the hotel day?Answer: It is possible to extend your stay in the apartment for an additional fee (if the apartment is available). You must notify us by phone (not SMS) by 8:00 AM on the originally planned departure day. The price for extending the stay will be agreed upon individually and must be paid via instant bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments.
  8. Can children stay in the apartment?Answer: Our apartments are not suitable for hosting children. Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.
  9. How can I check in?Answer: Check-in at Aparthotel ZATOR is contactless, using an electronic handle to enter an access code. All access codes and check-in information (parking space number, entry codes, Wi-Fi password, etc.) will be sent in a private message in Polish or, for international guests, in English, on the day of arrival at 2:00 PM. Access codes are valid from 3:01 PM. Aparthotel ZATOR does not have a reception.
  10. Is cash payment possible?Answer: We do not accept cash payments. All payments must be made via regular or instant bank transfer using the Przelewy24 payment system.
  11. Is it possible to receive a VAT invoice?Answer: Yes, it is possible to receive a VAT invoice. This must be requested when making the reservation.
  12. Are pets allowed?Answer: Pets are not allowed.
  13. Is there a quiet time policy?Answer: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Using water jets in the jacuzzi is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
  14. What amenities are available?Answer: Each apartment has a parking space, elevator, welcome set, safe, free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, terrace, hotel slippers, a set of fresh towels and soft bathrobes, toiletries (body wash and shampoo), hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, closet with hangers, mop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
  15. Is there an elevator?Answer: Yes, there are two elevators in the apartment building.
  16. Is Wi-Fi available?Answer: Each of our apartments has free Wi-Fi.
  17. Is there a balcony?Answer: Each of our apartments has a sunny terrace with garden furniture and a designated smoking area.
  18. Where to report faults and malfunctions?Answer: All faults and malfunctions should be reported ONLY by phone (we do not answer SMS, MMS) 24/7 at +48 505 605 215. Please note that reporting damage, malfunctions, or faults must be done by phone at the time they occur.
  19. Does every apartment have a jacuzzi?Answer: Yes, each of our apartments has a private JACUZZI tub. Depending on the apartment, these are single or double jacuzzi tubs. Details are available in the description of each apartment.
  20. Are special occasion packages available? E.g., Engagement, Birthday, Anniversary?Answer: Yes, Aparthotel ZATOR offers special occasion packages. There are several package options for special occasions. More information can be found in the PACKAGES section.
  21. Is it allowed to host parties, gatherings, events, bachelor or bachelorette parties?Answer: It is not allowed to host parties, gatherings, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or to bring unregistered guests into the apartments.
  22. Are the apartments suitable for allergy sufferers?Answer: Yes, each of our apartments is designed for allergy sufferers. Bedding and linens, as well as mattresses, are certified, of the highest quality, and fully hypoallergenic.
  23. How many bedrooms are in the apartment?Answer: Each of our apartments has one bedroom with a king-size bed.
  24. Is there a kitchen in the apartment?Answer: Yes, each of our apartments has a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, cutlery, plates, cups, pots, etc.
  25. Is there a private bathroom in the apartment?Answer: Yes, each of our apartments has a spacious, fully equipped bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, set of fresh towels, set of soft bathrobes, hotel slippers, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo), bathroom heater.
  26. What other amenities are available?Answer: Each of our apartments additionally features air conditioning, a safe, Wi-Fi-enabled TV, terrace, clothes dryer, dustpan and brush, vacuum cleaner, breakfast table, mop and bucket, ironing board, iron, board games, books, and an extra blanket.
